A Northern Utah native, Chef Jeff grew up among the mighty Rocky Mountains. His parents inspired his culinary skill from a young age. Chef Jeff’s mother taught him the delicacies of creating pastries and his father taught him to respect the hunt and honor the harvest. Cooking in the moment is Chef’s favorite way to work. He loves nothing more than to jiggle the dirt and create what mother nature has given him to work with.
Originally from Southern Maryland, Chef Tracey Berry arrived in St. George in 1994 bringing her love of home cooking, flavorful dishes and culinary joy with her. Chef Tracey collaborates with local culinary enthusiasts to create dishes that celebrate our Southern Utah ingredients and cultures. She draws influence from her family recipes, life in Baltimore and old-fashioned southern favorites. She enjoys people who have a deep passion for food and cooking such as Ina Garten, Tyler Florence, Tom Colicchio, Art Smith, Sean Brock and Alex Guarnaschelli. Starting out in Las Vegas, Chef Eddie seized every opportunity to work in some of the best kitchens available on the strip. After moving to St. George, he honed his culinary voice and focused on his quality of technique to deliver subtle delicious flavors, balanced and fresh dishes while maintaining a keen eye on finishing and presentation. Chef Eddie is generous in sharing his techniques and knows how to create a flavor profile that matches his client’s tastes while being a super fun chef to spend time with in the kitchen.
Chef Connie’s passion is to bake. Nine years ago her cooking/eating/baking-for-joy world got flipped upside down when her 15 year old son had to transition to a gluten-free, dairy-free lifestyle. She jumped in and started making allergen-free alterations to everything she had previously known and hasn’t looked back. She says it’s been the wildest and more rewarding journey. Chef Connie thrives on the challenges of creating recipes for people with any food allergy needs.
