The Chef and Service Manager design a thoughtful menu and service plan to support your event, the culinary team delivers a prepared menu for buffet service, the service team creates an organized, timely execution of your buffet and beverage service. You can upgrade to coursed and plated services for a fee based on the number of guests and courses. Dinnerware, silverware and glassware rentals can be arranged and managed with everything transported and cleaned by the service team.
Catering for more than 20 people is the best value. We will discuss your budget. The Chef and the Service Manager will suggest the best ingredients and delivery options to suit your event. Upgrades can be added for action stations, passed appetizers, table service and fresh décor if you are interested in a high quality, fine service event.
A typical price range for appetizers starts at $15 a person and buffet dinner starts at $30 plus 15% service, tax and tip. Note: buffet service includes one serving per guest.
